La description: Ideally located opposite the majestic Alpilles mountains in Paradou and nestling in the heart of a 2-hectare olive grove, this 480 m² air-conditioned farmhouse is perfect for large families or groups of friends. Spread over three separate buildings, everyone can enjoy their own space. Enjoy a 12x7.5 m heated swimming pool, secured by a roller shutter. The farmhouse offers two indoor kitchens (one in the main building and one in the pool house annex), as well as an outdoor summer kitchen. There are also two indoor and two outdoor dining rooms for convivial meals. The main building comprises a large entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms await you. The annex has four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a lounge and a kitchen. There are plenty of leisure facilities, including a petanque area, table tennis, barbecue, outdoor shower and bicycles. The price includes maintenance of the garden and swimming pool, cleaning of the terraces, and a house cleaning service with a change of sheets and household linen halfway through the stay. Exit cleaning is also included, and additional services can be provided on request.
