On the ground floor, there is a first double bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room and a toilet. A separate shower room with toilet is also available. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and two twin bedrooms (with the option of combining them in one bedroom), all with fitted wardrobes and storage space. A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, a shower room with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet complete this floor. All upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with shutters for your comfort. Outside, enjoy an exceptional terrace shaded by plane trees, overlooking a magnificent one-hectare garden planted with olive trees, vines, lavender, oleanders and fruit trees. A barbecue is available here. A pool area with pool house is also available, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a shower room with toilet. The large 13.50 m x 5.50 m pool is equipped with an electric safety cover for everyone's peace of mind. The swimming pool attendant and gardener work on a weekly basis. Cleaning service at the end of your stay, bed linen and towels are included. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. The city centre and shops are just a 5-minute drive away, offering convenient proximity.
